Place 2–6 tablespoons of Sacred Garden into a heat-safe bowl and pour boiling water over the herbs. Allow the blend to steep for a few minutes, ensuring the steam has cooled slightly before beginning your steam. Position yourself in a comfortable squatting or seated position over the bowl, and wrap a towel around your waist and legs to trap the steam, directing it gently upward toward your yoni. Relax and allow the soothing warmth and therapeutic properties of the herbs to tonify, balance, and restore your intimate area.

Take special care while steaming, as this is a delicate area of the body. Always test the temperature of the steam before beginning to avoid burns. Avoid steaming if you have an IUD, as excessive heat can pose risks. This ritual is best enjoyed in a quiet space where you can fully relax and connect with your body.
