Blue lotus flower, comfrey, rosemary, calendula, elderflower, lavender, sage, eucalyptus, linden, vitex berry

Place 2–6 tablespoons of the herbal blend into a heat-safe bowl and pour boiling water over the herbs. Allow the blend to steep for a few minutes, releasing its therapeutic properties.
