Our signature elixir to promote healthy rest and deep sleep. This blend combines calming herbs and flower essences traditionally used to support relaxation and alleviate  sleeplessness. Sleeping Beauty will help ease anxiety, calm the adrenals and encourage mental balance. This elixir will allow our body to enter more deeply in your REM cycle and stay asleep throughout the night. The flower essences in this blend will also help lessen overthinking before bed, dissuade fear of the unknown, promote gentle transitions, and support peace and comfort.

Energetically charged with clear quartz

Vegetable glycerin + grain alcohol infused with herbs (california poppy, tulsi, skullcap, hops, chamomile, lavender, rose); flower essences (white chestnut, california poppy, aspen, walnut, peony, star of bethlehem)

Take 2-4 full dropperfuls about 30 minutes before bed or as needed. If exceeding recommended dosage please consult an herbalist or medical practitioner. Place elixir directly under the tongue or in water. To remove the alcohol from this product, place your daily dosage in boiling water and the alcohol will burn off. For best results, use consistently as part of your daily wellness routine.
