Vegetable glycerin + grain alcohol infused with herbs (peppermint, lemon balm, calendula, marshmallow leaf + root, slippery elm, chamomile, plantain, dandelion leaf + root); flower essences (golden yarrow, willow, honeysuckle, walnut, peony, aloe vera, aspen)

Dosage: 1-3 dropperfuls daily or as needed

Can be taken in the morning, evening or before meals.
