Vegetable glycerin, alkaline water, flower essences (elm, aspen, oak, pine, mimulus, white chestnut, rock rose)

Take 4 droplets 4x per day under the tongue, or as needed. Additionally, you can add to any beverage of your choice. If you do add to a beverage, ensure you consume the entire beverage to receive the full dosage, otherwise supplement the droplets later in the day. For those actively addressing specific energetic patterns, adhering to the recommended daily dosage is advised. In addition to regular use, take your flower essence blend during moments when you require extra emotional support or when experiencing the specific emotion or pattern the essence is designed to address.
