Originally developed for Elixxr Café in Beacon, NY for their specialty signature beverage, the ‘Lavender Matcha London Fog Latte’

Since the drink became so popular, we now have the tea extract available for sale for consumers to make their favorite beverages at home. It is also now available for other cafés, bars, and restaurants to use in their creations. This is a tea extract of organic earl grey in organic vegetable glycerin and deliciously captures the essence and flavor profile of the tea. This product is naturally a bit sweet and unlike a house made simple syrup, our tea extract is shelf stable. Our specialty earl grey does not contain alcohol, yet captures all of the benefits and properties of earl grey. Nostalgic as it is beneficial, earl grey not only tastes delicious but also helps support natural energy, mental concentration, assist digestion, boost immunity and reduce cholesterol. High in theaflavins, earl grey tea also has the benefits of antioxidants, which make this extract anti-viral, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer.
