Brandy, vegetable glycerin, vodka, infused with herbs (crampbark, schisandra berry, hibiscus); flower essences (rosemary, holly, arnica, pomegranate, lemon flower, willow)

For general cramping, take 1–3 dropperfuls daily or as needed; expect relief within 30–60 minutes. For menstrual cramps, depending on pain intensity, take 3–6 dropperfuls, increasing the dosage if discomfort persists, and decrease as pain subsides. If exceeding recommended dosage please consult an herbalist or medical practitioner. Place elixir directly under the tongue or in water. To remove the alcohol from this product, place your daily dosage in boiling water and the alcohol will burn off. For best results, use consistently, or before cramping begins.
