Vegetable glycerin + grain alcohol infused with herbs (nettle, ashwagandha, astragalus, goldenrod, echinacea root, yarrow); flower essences (yarrow, self-heal, elm, impatiens, moringa)

Take 1-3 full dropperfuls once daily or as needed. If exceeding recommended dosage please consult an herbalist or medical practitioner. Place elixir directly under the tongue or in water. To remove the alcohol from this product, place your daily dosage in boiling water and the alcohol will burn off. If you are using this product for cellular hydration we recommend taking Recover before or after a workout regimen. To help with a hangover, take your dose of Recover before and after consuming alcohol, or first thing the following morning. For best results, use consistently as part of your daily wellness routine.
