Use a small amount of Ethereal Smoke in a pipe or rolled as a joint. Inhale gently and mindfully, allowing the properties of the blend to promote relaxation and connection. Smoking should always be practiced in moderation. Ethereal Smoke can be used alone or mixed with other plants. Ethereal Smoke may burn a bit hotter than other herbs you may have more experience with, so please inhale lightly while you get to know the blend. If using as an incense, place a small amount of Ethereal Smoke onto a lit charcoal disk in a fire safe dish. Let the aromatic smoke fill your space, creating a serene and grounding atmosphere.
