Vegetable glycerin + grain alcohol infused with herbs (comfrey, nettle, calendula, raspberry leaf, horsetail, red clover, rosehips, spearmint, oatstraw); flower essences (comfrey, self-heal, rosemary, heliconia, star of bethlehem, arnica)

Take 1-3 full dropperfuls once daily or as needed. If exceeding recommended dosage please consult an herbalist or medical practitioner. Place elixir directly under the tongue or in water. To remove the alcohol from this product, place your daily dosage in boiling water and the alcohol will burn off. Good Bones can be particularly helpful for chronic physical pain.
