Witch hazel; vodka infused with herbs (arnica, birch bark, calendula, comfrey, plantain); birch bark essential oil;
flower essences (calendula, self heal,
star of bethlehem, clematis, impatiens, cherry plum, rock rose)

Shake well before each use. Spray Bumped Up directly onto the affected area, ensuring complete coverage. Allow it to air dry or gently massage into the skin to encourage absorption. Reapply as needed throughout the day to alleviate pain, reduce swelling, and support healing. For external use only. Avoid contact with open wounds or mucous membranes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
